How Color of the Year is Used in the New Dinnerware Design of Glass Studio
Glass Studio created a new dinnerware design in Pantone’s color of 2014, Radiant Orchid, because being “in fashion” can lead you into obscurity, but being contemporary is a skillful act that proves your value.

Radiant Orchid has already established its presence in fashion, beauty, interior design etc. and the designers of Glass Studio have managed to incorporate this color’s characteristics in the dinnerware they designed. As stated by Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, “Radiant Orchid reaches across the color wheel to intrigue the eye and spark the imagination”. What better way to compliment or present the food, than intrigue your customers through tableware and spark their imagination before even tasting the cuisine.
Taking it a step further, Glass Studio particularly suggests this dinnerware of pink and purple undertones to pastry chefs.
