Dinnerware weight is important in hospitality service. One of the most common misconceptions is that glass dinnerware would be heavier than porcelain. However, Glass Studio‘s plates are lighter or of equal weight to a porcelain plate. We performed an experiment to prove this.

We  compared the weight of two plates of 27x27cm each: one porcelain and one by Glass Studio. Glass Studio plate is 10% lighter than its porcelain competitor of equal dimension! Watch the video below to see the experiment and our lightweight dinnerware guarantee.
