Here is the story of the St. Valentine’ s plates.
Back in 2007 at the Ritz Carlton Osaka we designed together with Chef Senia the “half-heart” plate for the St.Valentine dinner. The guests enjoyed the St. Valentine’ s Day romantic dinner and in the end dessert was presented to them on the specially designed St. Valentine’ s plates. After licking their last spoonfull of their dessert, the couple received the plate as a gift.
That was truly memorable!
