Michelin starred food presentation!
Michelin-starred chef Alfredo Russo went to The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing on June 18 and 19 to present the renowned combination of authentic pan-Italian cuisine. Glass Studio plates were used for a true michelin starred food presentation in a wonderful culinary journey!
Glass Studio handmade glass plates were used for three courses:
- Oyster Ice Cream
- Soup of “Dried Cereal” with Seafood and Chili Pepper
- Petit Four
