Dinnerware for The Rib Room, Dubai
With its dark red walls, sumptuous leather seats and intimate atmosphere, The Rib Room is not your usual steakhouse. To design steakhouse plates for the “fine dining for meatlovers” restaurant located in Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, our designers stayed true to the style of the interior.
The design we went for is a square plate with a light open curvy form and softly raised rim, in two sizes, a bigger one for show plate and a smaller one for b&b plate.
Art deco steakhouse plates
The restaurant’ s sophisticated air called for art deco style of dinnerware. The show plate features a metallic brown stripe of “tiles” design on clear glass. For the b&b plate we went for a subtle beige color with the same stripe design.
