Tropical luxury food presentation at St. Regis Mauritius Resort
On the southwestern side of the island, the soft white sands of Le Morne Beach and its turquoise lagoon create a magical setting where lavishly appointed accommodations and pampering converge amid the many charms of Mauritius. Featuring four distinct culinary experiences, The St. Regis Mauritius Resort offers epicureans a myriad of gastronomic influences ranging from French-inspired and traditional Mauritian cuisine, to the exotic dishes of South-East Asia and fine Japanese selections. Glass Studio designers were asked to create tropical luxury food presentation objects for its exceptional cuisine.

Tropical resorts are all about breathtaking exotic nature, magical scenery, white sand beaches and at the same time a luxurious escape for rejuvenation.
Our tropical dinnerware designer, Nana, created a collection of food presentation objects that remarkably balances between the extravagantly luxurious style that the five star resort dictates and the rich presence of nature’ s influence on the designs.
The Glass Studio designer added the natural element by using natural materials like stone and glass, tropical patterning, minimal style using basic colors on transparent glass, free form shapes and shapes inspired by nature, like the lavish golden tree-shaped tiered stands.
